Please read this before writing.

Active Health Guide is a review publication. We are not the seller. We cannot answer questions about the products themselves, about your order, about a refund or a subscription, or about your health.

If that is what you need, the section below tells you exactly where to go instead — it will be faster than writing to us.

What this address is for

One address reaches our editorial team, and a person reads everything that arrives. It exists for three things:

  • Corrections to our reviews — a price that moved, a refund page that was rewritten, a label that changed, or something we simply got wrong.
  • Press and permissions — quoting our findings, or asking about republication.
  • Brand and legal notices — a manufacturer disputing a factual point on one of our pages.

contact@activehealthguide.online

We answer messages that fall within the three purposes above, usually within two business days. Corrections are the most useful mail we receive, and we read every one, even the blunt ones.

If you need help with an order

We do not take payments, we cannot see your order, and we have no ability to issue a refund or cancel a subscription. Only the retailer that charged your card can do any of that. Here is how to reach them:

  • Find the charge on your bank statement. It names the retailer, not the supplement. CLKBANK*COM means the order went through ClickBank; BuyGoods means it went through BuyGoods.
  • ClickBank orders: look your order up at clkbank.com using your email address and the last four digits of the card.
  • BuyGoods orders: use the support address printed in your order confirmation email — it goes straight to the seller who has to authorise the refund.
  • Keep the confirmation email. Most refund windows require the order number, and several sellers require a return authorisation before you post anything back.

The refund terms for each product we cover, including the window and who pays return shipping, are written out in that product's review.

If you have a question about a supplement

We cannot answer it, and we would be wrong to try. Whether a product is appropriate for you depends on your diagnosis, your prescriptions and your medical history — and nobody without access to those can responsibly comment on them. Ask your doctor, your pharmacist or the specialist treating you.

For questions about how a product is made, what is in it beyond the published label, or what results to expect, the manufacturer is the only party who can answer, and its support address is on the order page.

Manufacturers and brands

You are welcome to write with a factual correction, and we will verify it like any other — against your own public label, order page or refund terms.

To be clear about what we do not do: we do not accept payment for coverage, for a score, for a placement or for a link. We do not send reviews for approval before publication. We do not remove a published finding because a brand would prefer it were not there.

Press and permissions

Journalists and researchers may quote our findings with attribution and a link to the page quoted. For anything larger, write to us first.

What we cannot help with

  • Personal medical questions, drug interactions and dosage — your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Order status, shipping, cancellations, refunds and subscriptions — the retailer, as above.
  • Product questions beyond what is published on the label — the manufacturer.
  • Requests to add a product, raise a score or remove a finding in exchange for payment.
